Interesting. This leaves open the possibility that this line could be re-used for commuter rail to the Eastside, which is sorely needed. The original plan involved shutting down the line completely and turning it into a biking trail.

    I read similar article also named Seattle Buys Woodinville Subdivision | Puget Sound Transportation Blog, and it was completely different. Personally, I agree with you more, because this article makes a little bit more sense for me
